Service Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY

We value your business and appreciate your cooperation with our cancellation policy. Please respect our scheduling by keeping appointments whenever possible and providing a minimum of 24 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling appointments. Call (830)743-8020 to schedule an appointment, however Walk-ins are welcome. Please understand that arriving late may limit the time available for your treatment. Your timely arrival is appreciated.

*When scheduling cosmetic injections, product is ordered as prescribed per the client.
A credit card will be kept on file upon a scheduled appointment. Due to cost there will be a 20% restocking fee if the appointment is cancelled once order has been placed.
